These units feature adobe construction (of course), are often adorned with kiva fireplaces, saltillo tile flooring, brick flooring, talavera tile accents in the kitchens and bathrooms, and rough-hewn viga beams. Every unit also has an enclosed outdoor patio area that, simply put, is a warm hug as soon as you enter each space. Surrounded by lush gardens, these residences also feature amenities like a pool and hot tub, a community center, a community garden, a dog park, and many patios and shady areas throughout the compound to relax and unwind. It's a perfect situation for someone looking for a tight-knit community in a phenomenal location of the North Valley in Albuquerque.
