When I started this home-buying journey across the country I got matched up with a realtor who was terrible. I requested a new person and luckily I got paired up with Colin. He is amazing! Not only is he patient, and knowledgeable, but very proactive. Colin visited and made video tours of all the homes I requested on the same day or by the next at the latest. When I was ready to place an offer we submitted it on the same day. Colin was so quick and proactive with all inquiries and tasks that in less than a month I was a homeowner. Finally, even today Colin and I are still in touch and he has helped me get in touch with the HOA, troubleshoot my chimney, and in one year will be my go-to guy to switch my loan to a conventional one. I 100% recommend it!

Austin is the best! His qualities as a human are 5 stars he’s smart, kind, creative, driven, and hilarious. He is a 5-star realtor insightful, knowledgeable, and always quickly responsive to questions or needs, he negotiated hard on our behalf, and represented us well in our (insanely complex) real estate deal.
